Welcome Dr. Albert Rielly

We are excited to welcome Dr. Albert Rielly to our Advisory Board. As an experienced occupational health medical director, Dr. Al has served with some of the largest medical facilities in the industry. Currently, he is the medical director of occupational health at Massachusetts General Hospital. He is also a physician in the department of medicine at Cambridge Health Alliance and is a clinical instructor at Harvard Medical School.

Our advisory board is comprised of employee health experts who do not currently use the Enterprise Health solution. It reflects the composition of our client base — which includes Fortune 500 firms, health systems, universities and government agencies — to help us gain a well-rounded perspective on strategic direction that guides our organizational growth. With his extensive medical facility experience, Dr. Al will provide great insight into the unique challenges large health systems face when it comes to the health of their employees.

Other members of the board are Dr. Peter Lee, the global medical director for the General Electric Company; Dr. Fikry (Fik) Isaac, founder and CEO of WellWorld Consulting and former vice president of Global Health Services for Johnson & Johnson; and Dr. Bhargav Chandrashekar, occupational health physician at GlaxoSmithKline.

We’d also like to thank Dr. Nimisha Kalia, the former director for the Division of Occupational and Environmental Medicine at Johns Hopkins Medicine who recently left her position on the Enterprise Health advisory board. Dr. Kalia made a career move to join the employee health team at Procter & Gamble — one of our long-time clients. While we will miss her as a board member, we are excited to continue to work with her in a different capacity.

Again, a big welcome to Dr. Al! We know he will be a great addition to our team.
